Ok, so I have only done the 30 Day Shred for two days (in a row!!) but, I think I really like it. I am still on level 1, but I think I will be moving up to level 2 soon. I really like it! It is the type of workout that you don't need long to do...only 20 minutes. Plus, with everyone saying it is SOOO hard, I can do ANYTHING hard for 20 minutes...right!?!
So, I think I will be sticking with this for now. My abs were SUPER sore this morning, which I always like! Feel like my when my abs are sore, that I have really been doing something!!!
So, I will see if I get it in tonight...Jillian Micheals...here I come!!!
Has anyone had good results with the 30 Day Shred? Are you suppose to do it 30 days in a row, or just for 30 days??? Not sure on this one.
Have a great night!~
Steph

I am on day 2 today. I am planning on doing it 30 days straight, with 10 days at each level. I tried doing this before but didn't follow through. This time I am pretty dtermined though because I am getting married in a month and I need to tone up! Good luck with day 3!
From my experience, I did it for about 3 weeks and had pretty good results. I think you will see better results if you do it for 30 days in a row. Obviously if you have to take a rest day here and there you will still be okay. By level 2 and 3 you will be hurting. Good hurting tho! Good luck to you!
I have heard a lot of people loving it!!! Have a great weekend :)
I got so good at doing the 30 day shred that I had to do other stuff it hurt but it got to be too easy for me. I always learned that you are never suppose to do the same thing everyday because your body gets use to it and change stops happening.
xo
i got really good results. I lost weight and i toned up. i got the shred before my trip to Cuba and it was totally helpful. But it got boring. I did the whole 10 days of level 1, about 3 or 4 days of level 2 and then the last week or so i just did whatever level i felt like, every 2 or 3 days. i never got to level 3.
so please let us know how level 3 is!
enjoy!!!
I've seen quite a few people get great results when they stick with it. Mostly in inches rather than weight.
I've done it. I have some before/after pics & measurements on my blog - http://heidi-v.blogspot.com/2009/10/30-day-shred-results.html
My hairdresser has been doing it every single day for about 4 months now and has made a big change in her body. Don't know that I agree with doing the same thing for that long. And I don't know how she doesn't die of boredom. But it's working for her!
Ok, I think I'm going to have to try this!! I have been stuck in the house almost a week with my sick kiddo and havent been able to do hardly anythig!!! Plus after checking out Heidi's pics I am super curious to see what it would do for me!! And for you!! Did you take measurements and stuff?
Good luck! I can't wait to follow your progress!
Hi Steph,
I have heard wonderful things about the shred! I know for a fact that it would kick my butt! Good job on staying with it!
What great pictures that you have from your fabulous vacation:) I am soooo jealous! It looks like you had a great time!
